Hauora is a Maori word, It describes a person's overall health and well being. The 4 dimensions of Hauora are often displayed is the four wells of a whare, Which provides the stability to strength, The four dimensions are Taha tinana (Physical well-being or health), Taha in the God of (Mental and Emotional Well-being of self confidence), Taha Whanau (Social well-being or Self-esteem) and Taha Wairua (Spiritual well-being or personal beliefs).
We all got the four dimensions, Spiritual, Mental/Emotional, Physical and Social well-beings. Let’s talk about my well-beings and how I got them! I sometimes have really good Spiritual beings because I go church! But a lot of times and miss because we live a bit far and I sometimes get Car disease, That’s what I hate.
Now about my Physical being. I’m not really strong because I’m so timid and lazy, I’m only strong when I don’t do anything, well mostly. I’m strong at games haha. When I go up stage my confidence goes down or high and my health is pretty good, I just need to stop eating junk food but I can’t help it , Junk food is amazing! I mostly care about others not myself. My health about cars is really bad, I puked a lot is in the past, But my health got stronger and better!
Now my Social health. It’s kinda alright. But when I meet new people, I get shocked and get Social anxiety, But when I go up to say something that’s not easy, and it’s a little It takes me a lot of effort to just do that. But if I know them really well I’m not too scared. But if I don’t like them… I get scared. For some reason I get scared by doing basketball hahaha. But not anymore.
In Conclusion,My Hauora has four dimensions that has different meanings to each and one of those, Everyone has each of one of those dimensions. You need lot’s off effort of of the dimension, It take focusing ability to have great dimensions, Like being confident!
